Terms of Use

1. Provider and license

Mellow Pieces is provided by 长沙向翎科技有限公司. By using the app, you agree to these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. The app license is also subject to Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

2. Free game and sequential themes

This release is free, with no advertising, in-app purchases or subscriptions. Themes unlock in sequence after all 25 puzzles in the preceding theme are completed. New themes are released when artwork and service checks are ready; a particular daily release schedule or unlimited future content is not guaranteed. You may replay completed puzzles. A 150-second timer can be continued without payment.

3. Favorites and personal artwork use

Favorites contain only completed puzzle images you actively save with the heart. They are local copies and are not a server backup. You may save supplied artwork to your photo library for personal, non-commercial enjoyment, including a personal wallpaper. Copyright and other applicable rights remain with their owners. Do not resell, redistribute a standalone artwork collection, falsely claim ownership or use it unlawfully. These terms do not grant commercial licensing or rights to third-party marks or personalities that may appear in artwork.

4. Fair World Board use

Joining the World Board is optional. Use an appropriate public nickname. Impersonation, harassment, abusive content, automated cheating and fabricated scores are prohibited. Rankings compare first completions and their cumulative active play time. Repeat play does not increase completed-level totals. We may reject invalid submissions or moderate abusive entries. You can report or hide an entry and delete your own board profile in Settings. Connectivity and validation can delay score updates.

5. Availability and local data

The game may experience network, device or storage failures. Keep any desired photo-library copies independently; deleting a favorite or uninstalling the app can remove local copies. We do not promise recovery of local files, a particular rank, uninterrupted service or compatibility with every device. Features may be maintained or changed while respecting applicable law. Nothing excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

6. Privacy and contact
