1. Using FileSubmit

FileSubmit helps you convert photos to JPG, PNG or PDF and prepare files for saving or sharing. These terms apply to version 1.0 and supplement any applicable Apple distribution terms; they do not replace your statutory rights. You may stop using the app at any time.

2. Free first version

All features in version 1.0 are free. There are no subscriptions, in-app purchases or paid conversion credits. The limit of ten photos per batch is a processing limit, not a payment condition. Any future paid offering would need its own clear explanation; it is not authorized by these terms.

3. Your photos and responsibilities

You retain your rights in your photos and files. Use only content you have permission to process and share, and do not use the app to violate another person’s rights or applicable law. Processing a file does not give the developer ownership of it.

4. Check your exports

Compression and resizing may reduce detail or text legibility, and PNG can be larger than the source. Preview the actual file and check its format, pixel dimensions, size and PDF page order before submitting it. Keep originals and independent copies of important documents.

The app checks the export conditions you select. It cannot guarantee acceptance by any website or recipient. If a size limit conflicts with the selected pixel dimensions, changing those dimensions requires your choice. No file is automatically submitted to a website.

5. Saving, sharing and temporary files

Working files are temporary and may be removed by cache cleanup or iOS. Save files you want to keep. Saved Photos/Files copies and files sent through the system share sheet are managed by the destination service; the app cannot guarantee that a recipient has received, accepted or retained them.

The app is provided as a practical conversion tool and may encounter unsupported images or system errors. To the extent allowed by applicable law, no promise is made that every source image or website requirement will be supported. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

6. Privacy, changes and support

Read the Privacy Policy in Settings for local processing, permissions and retention. Changes to features or terms will be described with an updated version or date. For questions, contact onefish857@gmail.com. Do not attach private original photos.
