使用 CleanImages 即表示你同意本协议。若不同意，请停止使用应用。

1. 服务内容

CleanImages 提供照片信息查看、本机隐私识别、手动框选、完全不透明像素遮挡、元数据清理、输出复查和保存干净副本等功能。应用不修改或删除原图。

2. 使用条件

你应具备使用本服务所需的民事行为能力；未成年人应在监护人指导下使用。你应确保对所处理的照片具有合法权利或已取得必要授权。

3. 合法使用

不得利用应用侵犯他人隐私、肖像权、著作权或其他合法权益，不得处理或传播违法内容，也不得对应用进行破坏性攻击、绕过 Apple 内购验证或干扰正常服务。

4. 自动识别边界

自动识别仅提供待确认建议，不保证发现所有姓名、号码、人脸、二维码、地址或其他敏感内容。识别可能受到照片清晰度、字体、语言、背景、裁剪和系统能力影响。你应放大检查并在必要时手动补充遮挡。

5. 清理与保存结果

已选择区域会被写入清理副本的像素，照片中的 GPS、设备型号和拍摄时间等元数据会尽量通过重新编码移除。验证页面显示的是应用能够检查的项目，不构成对任何场景下“绝对无隐私信息”的保证。

6. 免费使用与付费服务

未购买用户仍可在每次提示后选择“本次免费保存”。永久买断和月度会员用于免除保存前的支持提示，具体权益、续费和退款规则以《会员服务协议》及 Apple 购买页面为准。

7. 知识产权

应用程序、界面、文字和相关标识的权利归香瓜工作室或合法权利人所有。你对自己选择和生成的照片依法享有相应权利，应用不会因提供处理功能取得照片所有权。

8. 服务变更与中断

我们可能因系统升级、兼容性、安全修复或产品调整更新服务。由于 Apple 系统服务、设备故障、存储空间不足或不可抗力导致的暂时中断，我们会在合理范围内修复，但不保证服务始终无错误或不中断。

9. 责任限制

在法律允许范围内，因用户未检查清理结果、误操作、向不可信对象分享照片、第三方平台再次处理照片或超出应用控制范围的原因造成的损失，由相应责任方承担。任何强制性法律责任不因本条而排除。

10. 协议更新与适用法律

重要变更会通过应用更新或公开页面说明。继续使用更新后的服务视为接受新协议。本协议适用中华人民共和国法律；争议应先友好协商，协商不成时依法向有管辖权的人民法院处理。

By using CleanImages, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the app.

1. Service

CleanImages provides photo information review, on-device privacy detection, manual selection, fully opaque pixel redaction, metadata removal, output verification, and saving of cleaned copies. The app does not modify or delete the original photo.

2. Eligibility

You must have the legal capacity required to use the service. Minors should use it with a guardian. You are responsible for having lawful rights or necessary permission for every photo you process.

3. Lawful Use

Do not use the app to violate privacy, publicity, copyright, or other rights; process or distribute unlawful content; attack the app; bypass Apple purchase verification; or interfere with normal operation.

4. Automatic Detection Limits

Automatic detection provides suggestions for confirmation and does not guarantee finding every name, number, face, code, address, or other sensitive item. Results depend on image quality, fonts, language, background, cropping, and system capabilities. Zoom in and add manual redactions when needed.

5. Cleaning and Saved Results

Selected areas are written into the pixels of the cleaned copy. The app attempts to remove metadata such as GPS, device model, and capture time by re-encoding. The verification page reports what the app can inspect and is not a guarantee that a photo contains no private information in every context.

6. Free and Paid Use

Users without a purchase can always choose “Save Free This Time” after the support prompt. Lifetime unlock and monthly membership remove the pre-save support prompt. See the Membership Agreement and Apple purchase sheet for current benefits, renewal, and refund terms.

7. Intellectual Property

The app, interface, text, and marks belong to Fish78 Studio or their lawful owners. You retain the rights you legally hold in selected and generated photos. Providing processing tools does not transfer photo ownership to the app.

8. Changes and Interruptions

We may update the service for operating-system upgrades, compatibility, security, or product changes. We will make reasonable efforts to address interruptions caused by Apple services, device failures, storage limits, or events beyond our control, but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the responsible party bears losses caused by failure to review results, user error, sharing with untrusted recipients, third-party reprocessing, or events outside the app’s control. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

10. Updates and Governing Law

Material changes will be disclosed through an app update or this public page. Continued use after an update means acceptance. These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, and disputes should first be resolved amicably, then through a court with lawful jurisdiction.
